After the game last night, there is so much excitement. I know that the Heat will be bringing everything they have tomorrow. It is already making my stomach turn. Super excited. But for now, I will just watch this over and over, because, well, he’s Manu:
This is the letter C of the ABC’s of Genuine Happiness. Every few days I will be posting a phrase beginning with the next letter of the alphabet seeking your opinion or view on the phrase and how it relates to genuine happiness.
“Create something exciting”. I am not to sure I can elaborate on this. Do we focus on create or do we focus on exciting? I have a creative mind and enjoy coming across new ideas and learning about something new. I can’t say though that I retain everything I learn because I soak so much in at one time. I think the key here is to be creative and to do something that excites you. It can be something small, like a new tag line on your blog. Or something big like a new motto for your family to live by. Just venture out and do something new. Don’t stay idle. Or for people like my friend Becky, it can be finding a new football team to root for, like the Texans perhaps?
What is your opinion on the letter C: Create Something Exciting

Until next time … be thinking about the letter D: Drink Plenty of Water. Dance.
The Weekly Photo Challenge
Here I am, capturing an image that tells a full story in single image.
Dear God, please don’t let the story end like it did last year.
“I wanta see some nasty!”
As a Zero to Hero participant, my 28th task is to start looking for patterns in my blog’s performance and build on my most popular content. Today, I am to find the post that received the most views, likes and comments and write a related post. The following post was in response to the weekly photo challenge: Juxtaposition A juxtaposition is “the act of placing things side by side, especially for the purpose of comparison or contrast”
I really don’t know how to elaborate much about a photo, other than that I knew immediately what picture I wanted to post in response to this challenge. The photo taken in 2006 at the Monster Truck Jam in Houston. My youngest son was 14 and we had a blast. It was really loud in Reliant Stadium. Next week I take his daughter, my granddaughter, back to the same location for Sesame Street Live! I can’t wait!
Well, I guess 3 out of 4 isn’t bad. I went with the Colts because I just don’t like the Patriots. It would have been a stab in the heart to root for them. I should have known better. I never should have listened to my heart … when my head was telling me something else!
Becky, of all the games, the Chargers vs Broncos game was the best !!
This post is inspired by today’s Daily Prompt: “What does happiness look like to you?”
After a weekend of stomach aches and nail biting, I am happy. Yes, yes, this is happiness. I have found it. Until next weekend.
It’s that time. Great Football !!
I don’t know too much about the Chargers and the Bengals. Philip Rivers seems like he’s a nice guy and is deserving of a title and could probably win if his teammates stayed in the locker room and off the internet (sorry Manti) so I think I will cheer for the Chargers. (This one is for you Becky)
Decisions. Decisions. Last year I rooted for the Packers and that did not end well for me. Or did it? I was able to buy my Ravens shirt, paint my nails purple and watch Baltimore beat the 49ers in the Super Bowl, even after the lights went out. Hmmm … seems like another good plan, so I will root for the 49ers to win this game.
Who do you think is going to win? And Why?
