Peaceful Moments
I am not really sure which of the two I enjoyed the most, the sunrise or the sunset.
I do know for sure that both were very peaceful moments that I will never forget!
Hope you all enjoy your week ~ time to get back to real life!
Nighttime
I was going to go through some photos because I have some awesome shots for the Nighttime weekly photo challenge, but decided instead to step outside this evening.
Bad idea! We had a short shower today and the West Nile mosquitoes were on the attack! Best I could do!
Own a pet! Observe beauty.
This is the letter O of the ABC’s of Genuine Happiness. Every few days I will be posting a phrase beginning with the next letter of the alphabet seeking your opinion or view on the phrase and how it relates genuine happiness.?
As a pet owner I am 100% in agreement that they can bring you happiness. They love unconditionally. And they have a way of “understanding” your mood. Having said that, along with the love and happiness owning a pet is alot of responsibility. Once Lucky is gone we have no plans to get another pet. It’s time for some “us” time.
So often people walk their walk without taking the time to observe beauty. Try to take the time not only to observe beauty but to appreciate it. Beauty comes in many forms.
What is your opinion on the letter O: Own a pet. Observe beauty.

Until next time … be thinking about the letter P: Pray. Paint. Play an instrument.
Serenity Prayer
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next.
Amen.
