I still waited …

speakeasy1

I allowed him into my brainibus
and let down the guard to my hearticuss

He smiled and said we were on autonever
Stupid me, I believed the assalever

Pardon my contrafibularities
There are simply no hilarities

We can all relate to the moronkaneller
He’s just another frankenfeller

Yet still, I sat there and waited, but he never came back

  1. 🙂 I’m pretty sure you aren’t the only one who ever waited….

    1. I wrote this as part of the Speakeasy challenge. I must say it was kind of difficult, I was hoping the first one would have been easier. But I think I will stick with it, it is only once a week, not once a day like that damn Zero to Hero crap.

  2. Lol damn zero to hero crap ? 😀 Speak Easy is far more fun ! Loved your poem 🙂
